Stephanie Meagher is no ordinary fifteen year old. While otherteenagers her age are cramming for exams she's on her computer working on (http://www. blahblahbox.com ), the site she claims will be bigger and better thanmyspace.
Like millions of teenagers, Stephanie discovered myspace and spent hundreds of hoursmaking friends on the site until she got bored with it's bland design. This inspiredStephanie to quit school to set up her own community Web site that could outdoMyspace in design and function!
 One of the things that makes Myspace cool is that people can design their ownprofiles and make a statement about themselves.  says Stephanie,  Blahblahbox goesfurther than that. Not only can members customize their profile but the whole sitecan be skinned so it's easy to create a look on blahblahbox that suits who you are.This is one of the most exciting parts of the site for my members.Â
Getting to the point she's at with blahblahbox has been a bumpy ride. Unable toafford to have the site designed and created, Stephanie had to be resourceful.  Ifound a company who were doing exactly what I needed for my site so I took a chanceand emailed them. They were looking for some design work to be done so I offered todo it in exchange for the script I needed for blahblahbox and they agreed! saysStephanie.
Stephanie claims blahblahbox has a lot more to offer than Myspace, even at thisearly stage.  Blahblahbox has a built in profile generator, so members don't have togo elsewhere to design their profiles and a flirt function which is great fun. Sheadmits that trying to compete with the major players is a big challenge. "It's goingto be difficult." she says, "I'm one person with no money to invest competingagainst sites that have millions invested in them." Confident, she comments,  Mysite will sell itself once the word begins to spread. It's got great looks and coolfunctions and my determination behind it. says Stephanie.
Asked if she plans to profit from the site, Stephanie comments, Â Who knows what willhappen. I've got four or five years to think about that. Right now, I just want toenjoy the site and focus on building up membership.Â
