The agreement between Template Monster and Ultravertex.com lasted for several years. The subject of the agreement was Template MonsterÂ's purchase of an exclusive licensefor website templates providers. According to this license Template Monster was ableto grant to all of their clients a free account on Ultravertex.com. TemplateMonster states that the purchase of this license from Ultravertex.com was veryexpensive, but that Template Monster was able to offer the free accounts with theimage provider to give an excellent bonus for Template Monster clients.
Recently Template Monster was informed that Ultravertex.com hasnÂ't responded toTemplate Monster clientsÂ' complaints. Template Monster clients report that theyhave received allegations that some of the images sold by Ultravertex.com are notowned or licensed by ultravertex.com. Template Monster did its own investigationand found that Ultravertex.com was indeed not responding to many requests, nor wouldUltravertex.com respond to Template MonsterÂ's questions as to the exact ownership ofits images or its lack of responses to Template MonsterÂ's clients recently. Template Monster states that it cares about its clients and the investigation willcontinue for that reason. The results of the investigation thus far have shown thatsome of the images Ultravertex.com sells apparently do not belong to them, so theirselling of the images has raised disputes. If Template Monster receives furtherinformation about Ultravertex.com, from the company or other reputable sources,Template Monster will print the information for its clients. BecauseUltravertex.com has become unreliable and is unwilling to answer Template MonsterÂ'squestions, Template Monster made the decision to break off the agreement. At thispoint in time Template Monster sees no other way to solve these issues but by goingto court.
We are extremely upset with this situation, says David Braun, CEO of TemplateMonster.  The free account with the image provider was a great bonus for ourclients. Unfortunately, we have no other choice but to break off this agreement inorder not to mislead up our clients. We are very sorry about the situation but we dopromise to provide a similar bonus for all of our clients as soon as possible.Â
Currently Template Monster has removed all the links to Ultravertex.com from itswebsite. And Template Monster strongly recommends to all of its clients not to useany images from Ultravertex.com.
