Now released, pdf-Office Professional Version 5.0 - the leadingsolution for PDF form creation - is available for Windows, Macintosh and Linuxplatforms. The highlight of the new version is its ability to import and processexisting PDF forms as well as PDF documents.
An easy-to-use solution, pdf-Office Professional has all the form functions thatAdobe s free Acrobat Reader can work with. Interactive forms can be createdintuitively, filled out electronically by the user at the PC, and then printed -with all the advantages that the PDF format can provide. Forms can be displayed andworked on the same way on any workstation without the user being able to tamper withthe original. A high level of document security enabled by 128-bit encryptionensures maximum data protection where needed.
From simple text boxes to calculated fields to complex programming features in PDFforms, pdf-Office Professional provides everything necessary from the first steps tothe creation of highly professional PDF forms. This is not least ensured by anintuitive form editor that allows simple graphic representation of the form fieldsand text from scratch, as with MS Word. Once created, documents can later be editedor added to in pdf-Office Professional at any time.
The new functionality not only allows new forms to be created on the fly - existingPDF documents and forms can be imported and edited. The form fields remainunchanged, or can be allocated new properties and calculations in a few mouseclicks.
