The new specialized cell will be headed by the CTO of the company and will consistof experts in the areas of SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) and OSS (Open SourceSoftware). The cell would consist of 20% of the total workforce and is aimed atenabling Torry Harris to offer cost-effective alternatives/solutions to theirclients by combining the strengths of SOA and Open Source.
