TransoftÂ's movewas due in part to its rapid expansion, which involved a 30% increase in staff,within the past year and to accommodate the companyÂ's future growth plans.

In addition to more then tripling the size of TransoftÂ's previous corporate office,the new location possesses a modern climate controlled environment and includesspace for an expanded software testing facility, a lager research and developmentarea and a more efficient order processing center.
Commenting on the companyÂ's move, TransoftÂ's President, Milton Carrasco, had this tosay, Â The company has grown at a healthy rate since 1998 which resulted in us outgrowing our previous space in early 2001. As a result we were forced to leaseadditional space offsite for our dev group. Given our forecasts for future growth,we decided to acquire a new lease to not only accommodate our whole group in theVancouver area under one roof but also to provide room for expansion to 2010. Thenew office park is ideal in that way as it can take on the growth that Transoftcontinues to experience and has the capacity to accommodate even further growthbeyond that horizonÂ
