UKFast is once again a finalist in the ISPA UK Awards. Winningthe award would set new industry records with UKFast becoming the only managedhosting specialist to have won on four consecutive occasions.
The company is in the shortlist of five for the newly created Best Dedicated Hostingcategory which recognises development at the higher end of the market. The resultswill be announced at the Marriott Grosvenor Square in London on March 14 2008.
MD Lawrence Jones said: We are absolutely delighted to be in the final for thiscategory. The last year has seen great data centre advancements and we have welcomedmany more businesses onto our network. On the personnel side, we have doubled staffnumbers and moved into offices at the top of City Tower, Manchester.

Also in the running for the prize are Netcetera Limited, Namesco, UK2 and WebFusion.Companies apply to be nominated for the award and the judging process includes threemonths of extensive server monitoring which tests criteria including availabilityand performance.
Jones said: We re up against some strong competition this year from all over thecountry. And once again it s great to see that the majority of the finalists arefrom outside of the South East. We wish them all the best.
