Web hosting company UKFast has won the Best Hosting award forthe fourth year in a row at the ISPAs, breaking all previous records.
Manchester-based UKFast has become the first to be named 'Best Hosting Provider'four times consecutively. While UKFast is no stranger to hosting gongs, this latestaward has been bestowed for the first time with specific focus on the provision ofdedicated servers.
Speaking of his delight about winning again UKFast Managing Director Lawrence Jonessaid the award was a testimony to his company's commitment to seeking out andemploying the best and brightest local talent.
"The technology industry relies on people and I have some of the very best. So Iwould like to thank my team," Lawrence said as he accepted the gong.
After the ceremony he spoke about building for the future. "Every year we return andlook at where we can improve our offering. In the immediate future we are recruitingwithin the customer service team in order to further improve our service to thegrowing number of businesses that join the UKFast network.
The 10th Annual UK Internet Industry Awards were held at the Marriott Hotel,Grosvenor Square, London on March 14th. To take the spoils UKFast had to comethrough a rigorous evaluation. All of the finalists' systems were extensivelymonitored by Epitiro Technologies. Industry judges then scrutinised the top playersand deemed UKFast to provide the most complete package.
Other winners on the night included Plusnet, Datanet and Eclipse Internet. They sayMarch is awards season. It certainly is for web hosting stars UKFast.
