FabulaTech has opened the gates to Linux to make use of the products a success. USB over Network Server and USB for Remote Desktop for Linux available now.
USB over Network Server for Linux allows to share and access USB devices over local network or the Internet with Linux OS. One can access the shared devices both from computers with Linux OS and from computers with Windows OS.
All you have to do is to install USB over Network Server on the PC where USB devices are plugged in. USB over Network Client must be installed on the PCs one wants to give access to those very USB devices already plugged in. That's all , says Alan Rurke, developer of the product. The product tenderly developed allows to connect shared USB devices from Linux OS to remote Windows OS.
Moreover we have released USB for Remote Desktop Linux Workstation to satisfy all possible needs of our customers , adds Gregory Perkins, one of the developers, the program allows to access local USB devices in Terminal Server environment. The program allows both to share USB devices and access shared devices remotely. The program consists of a Server and a Workstation. You should install the Workstation on the computer to which the USB device is physically connected. Server side should be installed on the remote server from which you need to access your devices . Now it is compatible with Linux OS.
