Devart is glad to announce the release of Universal Data Access Components 3.00, a powerful library of non-visual cross-database data access components for Delphi, Delphi for .NET, C++Builder, and FreePascal. It supports the most popular database servers like Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, SQLite, etc. UniDAC offers unified approach to the database-related applications development process.
UniDAC provides transparent server-independent interface for working with different databases. It lets you change the client engine for specific server type just by changing single connection option. It means that you can easily switch between database servers in your cross-database UniDAC-based application. Every UniDAC data provider uses server-specific native connectivity. All operations with data are performed by providers automatically considering peculiarities of the selected database server.
From now on UniDAC provides access to the widest variety of databases. With the newly added providers, you can gain access to DB2, Microsoft Access, Advantage Database Server, Adaptive Server Enterprise, and other databases (using ODBC provider).
Note that new providers are available in Professional Edition of UniDAC only.
The price starts from as little as $99.95. If you want to learn more, download trial edition, or order a license please visit the Devart site: www.devart.com/unidac.
