The company has managed to get 5.6 on 7 point scale in the customer satisfactionsurvey. The customer retention percentage is high making it in forth quadrant. AmolPande, COO e-Zest, admits that this level of satisfaction and retention is possibleonly through customer centric approach. Delivering around 25 projects on variety ofplatforms and technologies was possible due to continuous technology adaptation andinnovation.
When asked about future Ashish Gupta, CTO e-Zest, he said, "We have done it and wewill continue to do it". Explaining it he narrated, "We got our ISO 9001:2000 infirst assessment and we have chalked out detailed action plan for CMMicertification". He further said the main focus for this year will be on newgeneration technologies like RFID and mobile with equal stress on maturedspecialties.
