Late last year, the company released its second product, Paragent.com, which is aweb-based application that helps companies better manage computers. Tim Ritchey,CTO and architect of the software, said that companies need a way to simplify theprocess of monitoring and managing computers so they can do more with fewer people. Computing infrastructures have gotten larger and more complex in recent years whileIT budgets have remained flat or grown only slightly. This product bridges thatgap. Pricing of the product is based on a subscription model. Paragent is very fortunate to have someone direct its sales and marketing with suchan extensive and successful background as Zehner, noted Jeff Cheesman, CFO. Paragent, LLC is a privately held, Muncie-based company. Other backgroundPrior to Monster, Mr. Zehner was Director of Sales for Tumbleweed Communications(NASDAQ: TMWD), a provider of secure Internet communication solutions, which hadacquired start-up company Corvigo, where he was Regional Sales Manager. Mr. Zehnergraduated from Ball State University receiving a BS in Marketing. He holds an MBAfrom Anderson University, where he has been teaching eBusiness and eMarketingclasses as an adjunct professor since 2004.
