PAD Submission

This page addresses software publishers, authors or developers.

To request a product inclusion in our archive please send us an email to submission @ softarea51 DOT com. Please check that your product is not already included in our archive by searching for your product title.

• Please include your name, your company name, company or product website URL and the PAD link.
• We do not accept submissions sent from public email providers (ex. Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail).
• You have to be the product developer or publisher.
• Submissions must be compliant with the PAD (Portable Application Definition) format designed by the Association of Shareware Professionals. If you are not familiar to this format or you want to find out more about it check the ASP web site. Please contact us for other details.
• Products submitted to SoftArea51.com should be appropriate for general audiences.
• If you are interested in promoting your products on SoftArea51 as featured, please specify the page where you are willing to publish a link to us. Read more about free advertising on SoftArea51.com here.
• You will be occasionally contacted by email regarding your product (product antivirus scan report, broken links, PAD availability). You will not receive any email from us regarding any other matter and your address will not be shared with anybody.

Once your product is included in our archive, we'll check periodically for updates so there is no need to resubmit the PAD file. Though the PAD URL must be up and accessible in order to allow us to automatically update the information.

Submission will not automatically grant the inclusion in our archive. Our editors will review and approve your request if it does meet our criteria.
