Active WMV Video Splitter is an easy-to-use tool for splitting large video file into smaller ones. It can split or convert from WMV, AVI, MPEG file to smaller clips in WMV, AVI, MPEG formats. With the build-in video player, you can preview the video file, set the start time and the end time, split or cut any section of the video file you want. This video splitter includes two splitting mode: Manual Mode and Auto Mode - You can split the video automatically by setting numbers of parts or manually by setting the start and end time. The video splitter software is so easy to operate and fast to finish your tasks. It's the very answer to the question of how to split a video file.
