Petty Cash Controller is an application that runs in a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet that records cash payments and receipts for a business. Extremely simple to use, it is designed to save time, whilst providing key controls to prevent errors and fraud by employees. It has a range of six built-in reports to give owners and professional accountants alike, all the information and analysis they need, to control expenditure and accurately record transactions. Ideal for small businesses/ or remote subsidiaries/ branches of larger businesses, where the risk from fraud may be large. And ideal for users who have no accoutancy knowledge.
