Designed in a modern and an already familiar Office 2007 style, this handy tool offers an array of features that will help you plan your payments in advance and know where you will be finance-wise 10 years from now. Mortgage Calculator enables users to calculate conventional and interest-only mortgages using the same intuitive tools. See the full payment plan for the period of the loan. In addition, the program supports adjustable rate mortgages and provides information on annual percentage rates with respect to the closing payments made by the borrower. The interface of the program is lightweight and flexible - you can minimize unnecessary information blocks and focus on what's really important at the moment. You can also work with multiple mortgages and easily switch among them.
