Instant Housecall is an easy remote access program that lets you offer remote support through firewalls. You can transfer files, view and control computers with ease. To start a session, ask your client to run Instant Housecall then click "Start Session". You'll be instantly connected, and you can provide remote assistance without any configuration to firewalls or NAT routers.
