Quella B.I.S. is an easy-to-use tool covering the Business Intelligence Process from Data Extraction to Analysis. As a total solution, Quella extracts transactional data from heterogeneous data sources, consolidates the extracted data and provides necessary business information to decision makers through List Reports, Charts and OLAP-Reports. Information becomes in this way easily available to decision makers throughout the organisation. Quella is a tool that helps you to maximise the benefits of processing existing data and allows you to easily incorporate new ones. Users do not need to have data warehouse experience nor extensive knowledge in SQL-programming to fully exploit the rich functionality encapsulated in the application. Through a user-friendly interface, extracting, combining and managing data becomes an easy task. Powerful algorithms also make your data manipulation processes more efficient and flexible while build-in reporting capabilities enable you to deliver fully customised information to those who need it. The entire process from data extraction to report generation can also be fully automated and scheduled so that once a report is implemented, human intervention can be reduced to the minimum. Furthermore, Quella s flexible design will ensure that any unexpected change in terms of data sources or informational needs can rapidly be incorporated into existing solutions. Information once delivered to the decision maker can be easily analysed through List Reports, Charts or OLAP-Reports. The latter are particularly powerful tools to interactively summarise, slice and filter data without the need of an OLAP-Server. All the reports are portable and therefore ideal for off-line working forces. Quella data warehouse, reporting and data analysis package consists of two complementary computer programs: Quella Creator: ETL-Processing, Data Warehousing, Report Desing and Creation.
