Food Labels Full Description

Food Labels is a program designed to help with the process of labeling food products once they have been prepared. With a few simple clicks, labels are created and printed showing the item name, name of the person preparing the food, the current date and time, and the expiration date and time. The dates and times are generated automatically using the system time of the computer and calculating the expiration based on the value stored in the Days until expire of the food products database. This greatly speeds up the process of preparing food labels and eliminates many of the errors encountered when hand writing labels. Instead of writing them out by hand, which takes time and allows for human error, the labels are created and printed by the software. Not only dose this make for a more professional appearance, it also alleviates the problem of not being able to read another persons handwriting.
