Miracle Service provides a comprehensive service management and dispatch software solution. It provides Customer and Equipment Management information along with Dispatching, Inventory, Invoicing and Reporting. From our powerful inventory module through our integrated service management module to our invoicing module, Miracle Service tracks all of your costs and profits to ensure you are getting the most out of your business. Miracle Service ensures you can quickly assess the profitability of your maintenance contracts by site, by contract and by client. It provides reporting on inventory levels to ensure you have the products and material you need on-hand. Our powerful dispatch module enables you to define service zones and dispatch your technicians by their service zone to lower travel costs and increase technician productivity. Furthermore, our dispatch module provides you with its unique warning lights system to alert you to repeat callbacks and problem sites ensuring you limit your return trips and minimize your costs. Your server licence with one user starts at $895 USD. With our software installed in over 25 countries around the globe, we have the proven ability to support your local needs. Optional Modules provide Sales Orders and Invoices, Multiple Warehouse, Purchase Order, Preventative Maintenance, and Wireless Messaging. The Accounting Exporter module integrates the information with many standard accounting applications including Quickbooks and Peachtree. Miracle Service is the only software to offer this level of modularization ensuring you are only paying for the software you need for your business.
