The ALL NEW Inspector FX 8.5 Home Inspection Management System is the only home inspection software you will ever need to run your home inspection business. Inspector FX modules include inspection reports, order entry, marketing, scheduling and more. The entire program is built upon a state of the art database which allows inspectors to store an unlimited number of orders, inspection reports, photos, lab reports and marketing contacts. Inspector FX contains state of the art features such as easy customization to fit your inspection style, automated resizing and handling of digital photos, audio inspector notes, customizable colors, dispatch to cell phones and Blackberrys, automatic phone dialing via SKYPE, Contact Relationship Manager and a state of the art scheduling system we call Smart Planner. Each module may be purchased individually so Inspector FX will grow as your business grows.

Whether you are a husband and wife team or a multi-inspector firm, the IFX Connect synchronization service will simplify the way you communicate. Orders received in the office can be instantly dispatched over the Internet to field inspectors eliminating the need to manually enter order data into reports and completed inspections can be returned to the office with the click of a button. Inspector FX is designed for use with desktop, laptop, Ultra Mobile or Tablet PC. For those who do not deliver inspection results on site, Field Report Forms allow you to collect the data at the property then prepare your report back at the office.

The cornerstone of Inspector FX is the General Home Inspection (GHI) report. GHI is an easy to use reporting system that uses check boxes, pull down value lists and narrative comments for each major house system. Users can add fully narrative "Comments" from Libraries which store thousands of your favorite statements. All selections are designed for easy entry using a simple mouse click or stylus.

What's new in current version

The new version now allows inspector to address repair costs in foreclosed properties. A customizable disclaimer appears at the bottom of the summary. Updated TREC inspection and General Home Inspection (GHI) reports. Now works with WDI FX Pest Control 9.0. Includes updated PDF-Factory 3.48.
