SoundSense plays sounds that come packaged with it, and any new ones you import in. It also is an image viewer, where you can set an image to show when a certain sound plays. Sounds are played back according to probability rules set for each sound per Environment. Users can enjoy the many preprogrammed Environments Suntelia packages with SoundSense or create thei own personalized Environments. Users can then create Collections that play back entire Environments for a user determined number of minutes, hours or days. Images can be assigned to Environments so that a slideshow can be played. Or images can be viewed as each sound is played. In addition SoundSense supports a 3-d cube view of images if the user chooses to use DirectX mode viewing. Over 100 bird calls come with this application, many with images to help you learn the bird as you hear it's sounds. Environments are never the same twice.
