It's as simple as clicking the US or metric measurement you want to convert from, type in the number of units, click on the measurement you want to convert to and press the calculate button. Presto you're done! In addition to specifying a set number of units users can also specify measurements, such as length and width when computing an area or specify length, width and height when computing volume. Do The Math also supports the conversion of metric scientific measurements. For example if you ever need to know how many yoctometers there are in a US inch the answer is 2.54E22 expressed in scientific notation or 25400000000000002000000 expressed as a decimal.
