In a world where secret government organizations have the ultimate authority. You are Agent Max Power, servant of MJ-12, a secret government organization who's mission is to fight a secret war against an alien race called the Reptoids.

You have been ordered to carry out MJ-12's plans many times in the past. However this time it is different. MJ-12 has gone too far and many of its operatives are dead or missing. Can you save the day and look good doing it?
