In it you enter readings of your glucose (blood's sugar), blood pressure, body weight, heart work (pulse), etc. All data is instantly available in the form of a list and graphically on a series of individual and shared charts to immediately visualize changes to your health. Both, list and graphics can be printed on paper to be shared with a health professional. Data .for each family member.
