edit DescriptionIn 1993, Mr. Hartogensis and two associates from Stanford founded Petrolsoft, a software company that develops supply chain software for the petroleum industry. In 1998 and 1999, Petrolsoft was listed in the Inc. 500 as one of the fastest growing small companies in the US. In 2000, Petrolsoft was sold to Aspen Technology. Mr. Hartogensis worked for Aspen as a Divisional Vice President for 2 years, guiding his division to continued profitability and transitioning the Petrolsoft domain knowledge and customer relationships to Aspen’s management. Prior to Petrolsoft, Mr. Hartogensis worked for Credit Suisse in New York as a currency dealer.
