Instant File Name Search is a free software especially designed for convenient filename searches. Instantly find files and folders by name, part of name or wildcards (*.txt, pic??.png, *star*.avi etc.) on your PC or local area network. You can use AND/OR/NOT operators to perform powerful searches. It is possible to create several search zones: my computer, shared docs, DVD #1 etc. Instant File Name Search is an easy to use software with Explorer like interface. Improve your computer for free.

What's new in current version

1. New command line parameters: 'rescan' and 'exit'.
2. Removed inconvenient 'Exit' dialog.
3. Improved processing of incorrect folder names.
