TaskMonifier monitors your CPU, network or disk usage and executes an action when it falls below a certain threshold. It's a monitor and notifier rolled into one! TaskMonifier can notify you by sound (system beep or .wav file), email or text message (requires a third-party account) or it can hibernate and shutdown your PC.
