Now you can easily pre-address mail to different departments. For example, send copies to specific departments within your business, like 'Sales', 'Support', 'Info', and 'Services' for easier identification and quicker response to customers. Once visitors click on your e-mail link, their mail program will open to reveal your e-mail address(s), Subject, and Message already filled in. This can make it extremely easy for your visitors to communicate with you effectively without wasting time or effort or expense. The friendly visual workspace makes it easy to preview your Text, Button, and Image e-mail links and layout while you work. Experiment with different font colors, sizes, and styles to match your web site theme and layout. Use your own images to create that perfect looking e-mail link for your site. Preview your e-mail layout instantly. Verifying your layout before making e-mail links can save you time and effort. You can select a cursor image and have a Tool tip appear when the pointer is placed over the e-mail link. A personalized message can appear in the status bar of applicable browsers. Scrambled and Encrypted e-mail link code is always at your fingertips if and when you need it to help guard against Spammers. Place the e-mail code between the and tags of your HTML web page, wherever you want your e-mail link. Flyout tips appear when the pointer is placed over certain program text to give information about what to type into the form fields.
