PG Real Estate - a turnkey solution to build a Real Estate Web Site. Highly flexible, it is a perfect solution for Powerful Real Estate Portal (property lease, rent and sale marketplace), Independent Realtors or Real Estate Agencies.
The script has a flexible structure allowing you to manage your site via site administration panel. Administrator can choose types of property operations for the site. The listings may include not just images of properties but also video files and Virtual Tours. Having set the exact address of the property, you will be able to view it on Google, Yahoo or Microsoft Virtual Earth Maps.
Each listing has a printable version, 'send to a friend' option and an option to add a listing to a comparison list. Rental listings include internal calendar that displays booked and available days.
One more new option available - Listings syndication with major Real Estate Portals including Trulia, Google Base, Zillow and more.
The following features are available: internal mailbox system and online contact forms, detailed statistics for listings, system notifications for site visitors and administrator, news and referential information pages for site visitors.
There are different paid services available to feature a listing such as slide-show, lift up a listing in search results, make a listing leader of the region. You can choose a payment system or systems for the site from the list of available preinstalled payment gateways: Paypal, 2checkout, CCBill, Chronopay, Authorize.Net, E-Gold, USAepay, WorldPay, Paysat, E-sec, Ipos. SMS and offline payments like wire transfer or cheque can now be used.
Administrator has full access to members management, billing settings, site sections management and other site parameters. The site supports multiple language interfaces, new languages can be easily added.
